1600 xe engines

Corsa gsi or sport, or tigra would prob be your besty bet mate. I have 1 for sale but it would need work as worst case scenario it needs piston rings.

the corsas/tigra's have the c16xe or the x16xe.

the astra's are the x16xel iirc - dif with the c16xe and the x16 are larger inlets on the c16xe + no ****ing bout with transponder keys the the 'X' series


the later xe also has oval inlet ports whereas the xel's have round inlet ports, but as said this can be sawpped easily enough

The 1600 cams wont go into the 1400 (due to valve clearances)

Tbh this is discussed umpteen times a week, look elsewhere in general chat for more talk of it.
