since deciding on getting the nova ready for a full respray (same colour) i decided to start a new WIP. the plans are simple, get the car looking good then get it ready for a mot then start the rest of modifications which are still to be done.

sunday night i repaired the rear arch which had a hole in it and was very rusty, so i used fiberglass and filler and the rear arch is quiet solid now.

then started to fill a dent in the drivers door and drivers wing.

I personally wouldn't waste any more money until its MOT'd etc :)

i think the rear arch should be repaired properly before painting as if its not right the salty air of rosyth will bubble through your fresh paint in a matter of weeks.

Aye get the arch replaced properly, especially if your going to all the trouble of getting a full hit.

aw naw my archs are ok a suppose plus side skirts will cover up bodged repair, front wings are mint just a few dents so a will repair them myself.

update..

the rear quarter parts of the side skirts arrived today so waiting on the rest to see what it will look like.

just trying to sort things out with car sold my alloys a couple of weeks back and what a mistake so going to rebuy them and going to see about 2 wings and a front panel.

i have a sterio install from about 1993 so kinda goes with the car and just bought a roof mounted ariel because im smoothing the wings. should have a new wing by next week and the front panel is getting repaired as its a small hole. i will try and get some pictures at the weekend

Looked for that Euro Fog Light in the garage but can't seem to find it - Only got the UK side fog light...

well went out the night and re fitted my gsi front bumper and managed to get it sitting right so there aint a big gap like before. while a was at it i checked the front panel which is solid so no need to replace. will try get pics up but my computer aint letting me.
