Another request for a vernier pulley/cam

Anyone either/or both of the following:-

For a 1993 1.6 MPI coil pack (distributorless) engine.
Engine was originally a C16SE from an Astra with the MAP sensor ignition rather than the E16SE GSi AFM engine.

1. Vernier pulley
2. Fast road cam (not 296)- or is a standard GSi a vast improvement over the standard AStra GLi effort.
