Does anyone have a pic of the factory fitted Radio that came in a Mk 1 SR on an F plate??

so i know what too look for as i need one :thumb:

Hmm I dont have one from a Mk1 SR but I have a Genuine Vauxhall one from a Mk2 Nova but it would need a code...?

cheers but i want the correct one for a mk1 i think it came with a mk2 radio, thats why i need a pic so i can tell

i have a factory fitted "tape player" that came with my "F" plate mk1 gte.gm etc on the back also a gm sticker saying "red corsa a gte".you want a pic of that,im sure its gotte be the same,same years sports model;s etc.

My f reg Sr had a phillips tape player,it may be at my mams still,ill ring and ask for you now

mine had a phillips, so perhaps that was the correct one???? but it didnt work, the head unit had power to it but it wouldnt work??????????

sorry about the glare on the pics mate,the third pic actualy has a sticker gm logo on the top with corsa a red underneath(colour of my car, actauly calypso red)hope these help.:thumb:

Yeah that's the correct radio for it,

also has a code for it, as when i took it out and replaced with more modern cd player, i tried the code on the back and worked fine,disconnected it and tried again just to be sure,and yes its the code so all good for when i decide to sell one day.the car that is:)

its the same as the one ive got, but mine dosnt work. it will light up when you put the lights on but thats it??
seems strange as all wiring is standard and uncut?

maybe its just Funked!

sounds like you need a code to put in it mate^^^^^^try a vauxdealer,you never know!!!

Just picked up a nice brand new original fit radio for my A reg SR as the old one broke. Even got the fader on the dash!
