What springs do you recommend for a C20XE'd nova? What is the extra weight gonna do to my handling? I will be welding in a strengthening kit before fitting engine, anything else i should be thinking about?

Courtney sprigs with billy B8/B9 (IIRC) fat dampers are what i run and they are good. Only lower 40mm or so though. Dosnt bother me as i dont go for looks :thumb:

It will make it handle like a ford Capri on custard

I've 2litre 16v brakes spare, would they do the job? Must invest in them shocks and springs then, 40mm at front should look ok with 16inch spiders shouldn't it?
Are the strut top plates any benifit?

Bilstein B6's are the yellow ones is it them or is there better billys still?

2l brakes will be fine.
most billys are yellow. mine are B9s, ive just checked.

Have a look on the courney website for more info. I think there is a set for sale in the for sale section at the minute
