anyone any idea how much bhp a vernier pully will give my engine :confused: its a 14 sr wa dolreto. 40 piper cam :thumb:

maybe 5bhp if your cam timing is out. I always think it is an expensive mod.

Most people with verniers never actually need to use them anyway and leave them on the 0 position. (same as the std sprocket)

1.4SR with dellorto '40's and a piper cam?:tard:

Next to nothing I'd expect, unless, as stated, the cam timing is out. If it is you still don't need a vernier pulley anyway, as it's possible to re-drill the peg hole to get it right. They're nothing more than a bit of bling imo.

absolutely no gain in peak power. Maybe a mild gain in mid range (if you are lucky)

and a high chance you can lose a truck load if you set it up wrong lol
