Right, i found a good deal on a set of c20xe eagel steel rods on pistonheads. The bloke seem genuine enought through emails and i agreed to send £160 via paypal to pay for the rods.
He has recived payment and i have not heard anymore from him on my email account

So theres no money in his bank account linked to paypal then, and his paypal balance is £0.

Basically, continue the dispute and paypal will instigate a debt collection firm to pay him a visit. If they fail to find him/contact him he will get a CCJ and a court summons :thumb:
