On average how much will 1 years NCB descrease your premium? I passed when i was only just 17 and i'm coming up 18. Unfortunately it WON'T be the Nova i'm insuring :( That's going up for sale which you'll see on here very soon. It will more than likely be a 1.3 Felicia "Bohemia" and then possibly move it over a Defender 90 2.5 TDi I have my eye on, if they let me insure it at all. What are your thoughts on that one?

EDIT: the Defender has no rear windows, which I belive allows me to insure it as an agricultral/utility vehicle or something???

what year is the defender as early ones have the td4 and later ones have the td5,

depending on your insurance company they mite not touch you, i know mine wont insure me on anything over a 2ltr till im 21!!

get an MY07/08 Defender :D They hit 110mph which is 'king scary lol

Unrestricted JCB Fastracs can hit about 95, that is scary lol.

T reg is the year the TD5 came out, most people slate them but mine was 100% spot on, wound the boost up and away i went!

At 22 i insured my old 1976 2.25 diesel S reg landy, fully comp no NCB for £250 a year! That allowed me to also drive others cars not in my name with 3rd party insurance, worth a look.

Allow more fuel in I'd assume so they don't rev out as quickly
