why dont we just delete all those users with 0 posts or anyone who hasnt been on the site for over 2 yrs? It'd certainly make it 100 times easier to see whos a member...

Anonymous are posters from the old old board aren't they?
Pre 2000?

Yes. Anonymous is a great big collection of all posts that were done on the old forum that kev developed himself. When we swapped onto phpbb 2.x in 2001 all the individual posts were lumped under anonymous and all the users post counts started from scratch, and since then the transition between forum software has been done so that there is no problem like that with kev spending hours doing test runs etc.

Another thing, I seen some people with a Joined Date - 1970 ?

I think it was 1970 anyway...

wisewood

Its the unix epoch date. The date at which the timer started. Midnight on new years eve 1969/1970. Some computers calculate it as 1969 some as 1970. Technically it should be 1970.

The ones with a join date before a forum change are counted as 1970. I think its anyone before early 2001 or 2000, something like that.
