its about my astra, ill ask here though cos MK3OC is constantly dead, i have an M reg mk3 astra, and i want to know if i can legally remove the rear wiper??

AFAIK you dont actually need to have a rear wiper, whether it was fitted to the car as standard or not. I am not 100% but i am pretty sure.

It can be a PITA not having one. If there's a lot of water sat on my car in the morning before I got to work, I use a blade to wipe it off the rear glass so I can see behind me.

i never ever use mine!! it only ever moves if i knock the stalk!!

coat the rear window with rain x or wax and the water is repelled
