handbrake cable adjustment on rear discs?

was going to give my handbrake a nip up is there a adjustment on the cable? or am i going to have to take the discs off and do the shoes etc?? cba to go and look lol?

best to bust off the drums and set em up while your doing the cable, but yeh theres an adjuster on the cable located on the frontside of the rear beam, if u jack the back end up highish and get axle stands on the far ends of the rear beam, u can slide in under between the stands and get good access. it can be a bit fiddly toolwise, i forget the sizes, but i think the nut on the main adjuster is 11mm or close, and youll need a 6mm or small adjustable spanner on the shaft bit of the cable to hold it steady while u turn the adjuster nut. most of the time there prety fookin tight with rust, unless your real lucky i'd reccomend givvin the nut and shaft bolt bit a good soak with wd40 before hand.
