What is smoothed wings, doors etc. . ?

seen some novas, says things like smoothed wings, smoothed bonnet and doors. what does it mean?

Smooth wings - Were you remove the repeaters and smooth the hole over.
Smooth doors - Either were you remove the lock and smooth it over or remove the handle and smooth it over.
Smooth bonnet - Were the badge is removed and the holes it leavs are smoothed over.

smoothed wings = no side repeaters/no ariel
smoothed doors = no door locks/no door handles
