unclip/unscrew the distributer cap, make sure the contacts inside are clean and not too worn down. Even a small amount of dirt or moisture in the cap can prevent the car from starting.

You can test all your leads by unplugging them one at a time, putting a spark plug in the end and seeing if it sparks when you turn the ignition.

iv taken all the leads off and tryed to see if they spark with the spark plug in,but none of the plugs will spark

so if there is moisture or the contacts have been worn down a little bit,is it easy just to get a new distrubutor car?

Check the main lead going from the coil to the distributer, put a spark plug in the distributer end and see if that sparks. If it does then look at the distributer cap, clean it up if its dirty inside. Replacing the distributer cap is easy, and their cheap.

Have you wired in the engine management light? If not then do that and see what it says.
