I bet its another e-cheque... Ash, log into paypal and check the method it was sent. If its gone via e-cheque then it will take about 10 days to clear, or "instant" bank transfer will take about 3 days.

I would imagine you cancelled your auto subscription without realising it mate. Just rejoin the same waty as you did before. You wont lose your number or anything like that :)
