every time i go round corners the fuel sloshes back up the filler neck.
can someone please tell me where the non-return valve is supposed to be fitted, i assume they have one?
im guessing it will either be in the filler neck or in the top of the tank but i need to know so i can order the right part!

Its in the tank, Where the filler pipe meets the actual tank body. Go under your car and you will see a pipe joining the filler pipe to the tank...

Remove that and there is a plastic ball just behind it, thats your non return valve you speak of.

Its a plastic insert with the ball within that.

Probably one of those parts Vauxhall want £120 for (either that or its NLS)
