gsi seats with std subframes?

I've just sold my gsi seats, minus the subframes to a mate, as I was told that you can use the poverty spec subframes on gsi seats. Although he tried fitting them them last night and theres nothing he can use of his std seats to get them to fit.:confused:

Besides getting gsi subframes are there any other subframes you can use?

I remember someone advertising some sr seats a while back and I'm sure they said they had poverty spec subframes. Obviously a load of bull then.
