EPC Favor

Can anyone tell me the spec of the following manifolds from the EPC? Need to know the difference.

No.1 = GM 904 700 95
No.2 = GM 904 001 96

Oh and can anyone tell me what this is for? :

That could be for anything lol spare wheel? some bottle top? pint glass top? lol

I meant, what was GM's indended use for it! Found it in my Astra 888 when I bought it last year and have yet to find somewhere that it fits. Looks like a child-lock-key-sort-of-thing but 888's dont have 5 doors...
