Parking in Oldham - New level of desperation

Parking in Oldham town centre has been taken to a whole new level tonight.

People are now parking off the double yellows to avoid a ticket but not parking within the lines.

In these pictures i took tonight you will see just how bad it has gotten and if you ask me it's a disgrace.

This is what really happend.

Guy drives pissed in work van wrong way down a 1 way street.

Car turns onto the street.

Van swurves to miss it and ends up through a concrete wall and steal railing and in the side of the old civic/police station in Oldham.

Guy then gets out and trys to pull it out! < this was funny to watch lol

Police arrive and the guy trys to stand at bottom of street out of way.

Asian lads grass him up as the driver and he gets locked up lol.

Lmao, pity he's destroyed what looks like quite an old wall and railings.

Surprised those railings are still there tbh. Most old railings round here got chopped down to be remade as Spitfires.

Them railings are solid as hell! i was suprised that he knocked them over.

You should have seen the size of the concrete slab that was at the bottom of that pit thing.
