Im going to be taking off my front panel soon so i need to buy a spot weld drill bit.
Would This (http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/6-0MM-SPOT-WELD-DRILL-BITS-6MM-DRILLS-SUPER-BARGAIN_W0QQitemZ260263529874QQcmdZViewItem?hash=i tem260263529874) one do? Or can anyone suggest one?

Dont want to spend much as its only going to get used once.

Thanks in advance.
Ps. Thought this was the best place as i wasnt sure which cat it would come under.

thing is with cheap ones is you could end up needing lots as they go blunt to easy. one "decent" one will last a very long time

Don't bother with a spotweld drill bit, just use a normal one and drill right thru then you can use the hole to fill with weld to attatch the new one.
Not a bad job at all really, put one on the mine a few week back ... managed to do it without removing the wings as well.

I got an 8mm one - worked a treat on my front panel. Just take it easy so you dont go through both panels - I got mine from Frost Auto restorers - £15
