What do you use to lock the camsbelt pullys

A spanner on each cam flat.
Get someone to hold them whilst you fit the belt.
Its tricky but i managed to do mine on my own with that method.

One cam should sit in its tdc position without moving, but the other always turns due to the valve spring pressure, so you have to hold it at tdc.
