Evening...

Since I've been using the Nova every day again, something has gone wrong! I have a fuel leak from the fuel hose going to the right hand end of the fuel rail.
Its not pouring out... but car stinks and obviously want to get it sorted!

What is the fitting size? and where could i get one from? anyone near cov have a spare?!?

Cheers one and all!

Chris

IIRC they're 18mm. Your best bet it to open it and renew the Copper washers and see if that makes a difference. Failing that, go to your scrapping and get one with some piping, mate it with your existing fuel pipe and this should get you sorted.

On my XE I just libereated the threaded unions & a length of pipe from a V6 Omega. The length I chopped off had the unions, rubber pipe & further hard plastic pipe which is fine to sleeve inside of regular rubber injection hose.

still cna get the two pipes that come from your fuel rail from vauxhall brand new, not too expensive or ecotec ones fit off a scrapper iirc

Aye, but as said, if you get a few inches (6 or 9) and feed it into your existing fuel hose, clamp it with a jubalee clip theres no need to joint them etc.

But any of the above will work fine.

do ecotec fuel pipes fit?

Yes I believe so. As posted before, I robbed mine off an Omega, for my smallblock.

i've managed to seal them with jubilee clips for now
