This is very strange.!

I was in bed just now and had a sudden urge for a Zap ice lolly!!!

I havn't seen these in years!Don't know if vans still sell them but i know shops don't :(

It was the 1 with the marble effect and was really sweet tasting! mmmmm

Anybody else miss some of the old missing foods??

They are amazing. Not sure you got the name right but cant think of anything to correct it so stick with yours lol.

The local shop where i grew up used to sell "choc-lick" which is probably called something else around the country, from a big jar behind the counter, sold by weight. Essentially just all the chocolatey bits from the other sweets, thrown together into a big jar. Bits of smarties shells, bit of crunchie, and loads and loads of chocolate "dust". Its was awesome.

No not the old mayfairs or for you maybe bauers / Graffs, the ones that you tied to your shoes and all you kind of did was try and walk on wheels that barely turned. They were red with an adjustable metal plate and black wheels.

Really? They must have got it overturned then as i swear they were banned lol
Watchdog went on a witchunt in the 90s trying to rid the world of this evil toasted snack - backed up by numerous consumer tales of DEATH by BURNING HOT JAM and TOASTERS catching FIRE for no good REASON! Until the people who made them pointed out they weren't supposed to be eaten straight out the toaster, and those people who's toaster's had spontaneously combusted had never cleaned them and thought nothing of jamming knives, forks, chainsaws etc into the toaster. Whilst toasting.

Too late though, by that time the damage had been done, so they're not as pop(ha)-ular as they once were.
