prety much what the title sais - pissing me off - think im half vampire - anyone else have this prob day after day ?

If you're having problems sleeping, dont have any food, caffeine or taurine after 7pm, this way your metabolism will start to wind down and you should find it a bit easier.

Thats not actually strictly true. Yeah sure don't drink 8 cans of red bull before you go to bed, but the body needs a suffient amount of carboyhydrates to help you sleep, so eating isnt really a problem
