As you can tell from the topic thread it will be some thing to do with horse's again.
The story starts like this.
This is my mum and partners stables that they had built out of inheritants from my mum's partners late mother R.I.P.

The thing is they had this built by a friend who was going to use it as my mum was already renting a stable.
So she rent it to her friends.
The trouble started when the stables my mum was renting went up for sale thus making my mum have to give her friends notice to leave from her stables.
(Bit long windded but please stay with me)
She gave them a months notice and left it at that.
This is how my mum found it when she went to move her horse's into there own place on saturday.

They have stripped every internal wall/all of the electrics and left the water running out side for god knows how long.
They have left the wood in piles on the floor but we dont know if its all there.
They have also left a bag of cable's a bucket of screws and a bucket of nails.
As you can imagain they are both very distraut (spell check) by this and havnt got a clue were all the bits go back.
From now on friends in need can p@## off as far as they are conserned.
Please leave comments.

Have you contacted these so called friends? To be honesy, this seems a little much. Surely there must be some explination. If i were you, I'd give them a call and ask whats going on.

We have and we think this is why they were moved on from the last place they were at.
Just a shame that it had to happen to my mums place.

Can you contact the owners of the previous place? The police wont do anything but you can have your solicitar contact them with regards to the missing goods, although without any paper work, it'll be hard to do anything.

if you have proof of the original condition, ie photos, receipts etc. then you should go to the small claims court. even a verbal agreement is legally binding. First try speaking to them in a civil manner, but remember this, most horsepeople would sell their children to keep their horse
