gsi front bumper

any ideas on how to get my gsi bumper to fit properly to my mk2 1.2

Its a straight swap

aye but when i bought the bumper it was fitted to mk1 so i put my bumper iron from my standard bumper and the bolts in the middle dont line up

Are you using a mk2 bumper bar, and mk2 bar irons(that bolt into the chassis) ?

yeah im using a mk2 bumper bar and i have mk2 bar irons and shorter irons from gsi bumper when i first got it

are the 2 brackets that the bumper iron bolt on to the correct way around, they should be facing each other, if they are facing away from each othe then the bolts wont line up and the bumper wont fit
