how to remove this rubbish on my door?

Ive started taking off the sidestrips on the side of the car. but im now stuck on what to do to get the rest of this sticky stuff off? anyone know what to use

warm it up with the hair dryer,then carefulyy scrape it off prefrably with a plastic scraper.get it virtualy off, clean the door then T-CUT it(and the rest of the car:)

on mine i poured hot water out the kettle on to the strips them selfs and that came off with it. and the little bits that didnt i wiped off with some petrol on a cloth takes a whil but comes off. oh yea an its easier to rub up and down instead of side to side for some reason
