View Full Version : wheel Size preference...
What size do you prefer for a euro low smooth style project kinda everyday car?
i think the general rule is 15's for hatch and 16's for loon

15" is the way to go, space for 2.0 brakes if you want them, and don't look too big or too small on the car, just right!

depends on the wheel aswell, 15" MOs look tiny imo, ill be having a set of 16s on mine
how low are you going? wide 14's with a 80 drop is drivable and looks great, but looks sh!t with a 60-60 drop
14`s for perfection euro homeslice :thumb:
Got to fill the arches (depth) too though :D no biscuit thin wheels here
13`s look ok (johnH`s is a fine example) but it has to really be on its belly, and if you like the car then im quessing you dont want to make holes in the floor on manc roads lol
My poor golf is suffering :(
14" loads of cheap tyres too
has to be 14s imo not to small you cant get good brakes behind them but still small enough to get dam low and look great
