sr exhaust

does any one know if any one does a middle section part of the exhaust for a sr with out a box in it so it just straight through?:D

the std sr system is just the standard 2 box system so it will have a small silencer in it. it would be quite easy to remove it & get a piece of straight pipe to replace it. it won't do much for performance though.

My 85 sr only had one silencer in it, it was a straight pipe after the downpipe which I think on later ones they will have a silencer.

my 1984 1.3sr has a std box system fitted. bigs has a sportex race tube fo sale i beleive for a sr. basicly its a centre section with no silencer, might have a bigger bore and less restrictive bends...
