Hi Mate
I had exactly the same problem with mine (see feature cars) I was told that you can adjust the holes where the bolts come through so it sits further back, but this looked too hard.
I have only just got it right now. What i did was using fibreglass i bridged the gap between the first plastic bracket thing with the hole in and the corner of the bumper. This made the bumper appear to go right under the headlights. It now looks absolutely mint and fits perfectly.
Hope this help, gives us a shout if you want any more help

Its easier to get a 15mm spanner and take off the two metal arms that you attach the bumper two, theres two bolts holding these on, mark on them how much you need to move them back and just drill two new holes in them, the metals soft so it drills easily, get four big washers and 4 new nuts and bolts and put em in the new holes in the metal pieces. Bingo, job done, it took me about an hour max to do it, that included walking to the DIY shop to but the bolts. If its worth doing, do it properly.
