Please can you 'happening youths' explain to us old fogies, the fascination with going to some huge shopping complex, so you can park outside and get sent home once the annoyometer in the police car gets to red.

they have a huge 'cruize' in the asda carpark at fosse park in leicester. nobody does anything, then after about an hour, someone wheelspins off & gets arrested.
