View Full Version : Engine rebuild grease?

what i remember from school is when you doing an engine rebuild you have to use special grease on your bearing shells because it takes some time before the oil reaches the bearing shells after a complete rebuild.

what do you use? are there any simple alernative's as the shop where I normaly order my parts has to order it and that might take some time . . .

Just find it from somewhere else.... assembly lube is what you want.

assembly lube, been searching for that word hehehe.
tried several shops in the neighbourhood, all of them doesnt seem to have it.
i'll keep searching then. might try the harbour . . .
