saloon members or anyone?

can anyone tell me whether a rear seat from a 3dr hatchback will fit in a 3dr saloon?

Not directly, unless you bodge it. The saloon has a metal bulkhead fixed in place, where as the hatchbacks have the metal plate fitted to the seat so they can fold forwards. You'd need to either take all the fixings from the hatch, or make some up.
