this is my mates old nova turbo he sold
1. because the cylinder heads cracked
2. its rotten as a pear
its got none of the internal work done to it, the seller is a complete scammer, i rung him up pretending i was interested, suprise surprise hes got no reciepts and he didnt buy it off my mate he bought it from ireland and all the work was done over there.... hmmm..... ok
cracked head, standard engine, ****ed turbo, rotten car, a load of bull**** for 4k ono????
look at his aparent nortech manifold and stage 3 turbo and throttle bodie setup for a c20let he has for sale in his other items too...
i assume you have informed ebay of his scamming ways

Hi, very interested in this Nova, I have a couple of questions. You say it's 450bhp I assume you have a dyno print out to prove this and/or receipts for the uprated parts? As that kind of power from a C20 LET is very impressive! Is the car rust free in the usual Nova ares, chassis legs, boot floor, slam panel, battery tray etc?
I wish to come and view but it is a long way for me, so detailed pics would be appreciated.

That makes you look a bit silly, he hasn't said its 450 bhp, he said its 320 bhp but he has the parts to make it more. :thumb:
I see the whole ad. as contradictory, says 320 at the top but then says all the mods take the car to 450bhp.
Lesson here, don't skim through ebay ads whilst on the phone? Rest assured, if it's something I wanted to buy I would read it about a dozen times, to make sure it's not for a wheel nut lol
Seems to me though that he claims the car makes 450 in the description lol

that was my mates LET he swapped that nova and a astra LET, for a skyline this bloke was selling.
the car is abit shabby inside as for rotten i didnt see under the car myself, but the arches, battery tray etc was ok. my mate put a new front crossmember in the car and that was about it

iv been looking and saved this nova on my ebay prob want going to buy it like but i was having a think about it as it sounds so good, im interested in what happens with it now you got me hooked lol

Ah, but by law you do actually have the right to walk away dispite using a BIN :thumb: if the item differ's from that what you have been told etc and the seller has a legal requirement (any car seller, private or trade) to sell you a car that is in a road worthy condition. I.e no major faults that could potentially lead to serious injury or death
I know mate, but the seller is a tool if the car is in the state it was when last seen and probably expects someone to buy it on face value, and the worrying thing is someone will!
I have 'won' cars on eBay before and not bought them on some occasions if they were poorly described/hiding things :thumb:

tbh he has been very cleaver in not saying about the body work i.e rust ect. so who ever buys it really it is there fault for not asking about it before they buy. but there would be no way id buy it seeing as he wont let me see it. what a tool !

ive already paid £1200, just said that its poor that the car even had to come back the 2nd time but a 3rd time is taking the pissh out of me now. and the fact it has rust coming through the panels they painted
