Urgent! XE buying tips

Im on my way to have a look at a redtop engine, has anybody got any tips on what to look for (known faults) apart from the obvious?? Any help would be appreciated :thumb::thumb:

Huge oil leaks,
Check in the esuhast ports to make sure the valves arnt bent,
If you can check the timing lined up right(make sure the cambelt is on right and hasnt sliped or anything)
Check oilcap and dip stick for mayo..

Couldnt sell my dispack cocast head, think people are starting to see they aint worth funk all.

Well ive finally got one- saw it in the yellow papers local to me, got 88k on the clock, engine ecu loom, full exhaust, brakes. Everything, got it for a good price too so im chuffed to bits :D:D. large_steve182, funny you mentioned that, we came back with a 6 week old puppy for my mates bird!lol Project
