They've done a fair few miles tho, still pumpin strong, performance wise, they can curl 40kgs for 15reps, work better with a good helping on Creatine

Muscles weigh more than fat does and therefore make you heavier, so do what I do and dont bother weight training and just get fat. You'll be lighter and easier to place on the operating table when you take a heart attack at 37.

Dod i was 24-5st of fat when i was 19 got told that id have a heart actack by 20 if i carried on, so i joined the local gym, and weight training came as part of the training plan, i'm now 20(wel was in feb) been training 7months i'm now 19.6stone, and the muscles have just come with the pacakge but now i'm getting into kickboxing and MMA ive been doing now strength training etc

got a bout in september and need to be 17.5stone or there abouts..

umm you say you work better with a helping on creatine :confused:

Can i ask what you use with it, as i use it as it helps rebuild the muscles faster. has nothing to do with helping you train on it own

I use maximuslce cell tech stuff, it gives me a bit of a boost..


and that statment was just to make the "advert" more forfilled..

i have 1 creatine serving in the morning, and one after training, or after 12hours if on a rest day..

i also have a protein shake after a work out..:thumb:

ah right i see now, and btw that maximuslce stuff is good. but next time you need to buy more get body fortress stuff. much much better and its cheeper. and use it with a glucose powder. :thumb:great combo

My mate owns a Health shop, so i pay mates rates lol..


hes also got an A level in sports sceince(sp) so writes good diets out :)

yep and another mate owns a gym that i have 24hr acess to lol

tbh its all going well.. just need to loose a few more stone, but dont wanna loose any strength with the weight i loose, so its hard keepin the weight of the scales when am buildin muscle all the time aswell if u get me

yeah thats the thing, i've just dropped a size in jeans and now fit into XL and L tops, but still weight nigh on 19.6-7st lol.. should get down to 17st before my fight mind..
