im putting the 40s on a gte engine and all is going alright except for the inlet manifold.

i need to connect the water pipe that usually goes to the back of the manifold .
the manifold im using is from demon tweeks and already has a threaded whole near the alternator bracket.

what should i use to connect the hose??

had a look at the plumbing section in b&q but couldnt find anything that was the right size. is there some easy way??

cheers.

They are an awkaward thread size. Try local scrappys. If not go to an engineering place or similar and get them to re drill and tap the hole to take a more std union with a hosetail end on it?

Also you may have similar ballsache with connecting up the the brake servo. Needs a hole drilling into the inlet port nearest the brake servo. Same procedure really.
