Thats around £400 or so.

Some of you MAY remember this wee motor but Most wont. Its been away and back to so many people that I lost heart in it. Its my 1st Nova and I love her very much.

So, its 3rd attempt at a respray has turned out fantastic!

Its had the roof buffed right down to the bare metal and primed with Zinc Primer. All dents filled (and there was a LOT of them as well) the Indicators on the wind welded and filled, the battrey tray was gone but theres a very good one in it now.

So, I collected it last night, have to start rebuilding the panels tonight but for the money I padi for it, I'm delighted with it.

The front has been sprayed with a sealent wax of some form as Irish Novas tend to have a lot of trouble with corrosion in there. I got the reear bumper on last night and it started lashing rain so I had to abandon it. So all going well tonight I'll build her up and have her sitting pretty and then some decent pics, not from my mobile either. lol

Probably about the same number of Black SRs with 16V Power throttle bodies, alacantara retrim, v6 brakes, and Astra mk4 rims i'd guess

I got a reasonable job for £250. Its all about the prep

Aye, mine was prepped in shop by the guy thats sprayed it. He did it all and unlike most cheap jobs, he removed all the windows, filled and welded where required and did a Top job of the Battrey tray which until recently was non existant.

A bit Run Of The Mill ATM for my liking.

Will be good to see some progress.

I think its Waxoiled, not 100% what stuff it is, I think its a similar thing just a diifferent brand. You know yourself the buse they get with the poor roads and the weather.

TBH the job is very very good, no runs anywhere. Just needs a day washing and polishing after the Buffing.

Yeah i know only too well dod, I had to put a new front panel on my Mk2 as it was rotton.. Dont think it was anything too do with our good old irish roads tho, Just one of those things...

Either way, its well protected now. I've all the bumpers and skirts cleaned up and ready to fit but I'm gonna try and get and new ones to put onto it as I've regained my interest in it. **** the Cavs in the mean time. lol
