Not the first time Astra lights have been listed wrong tbh, and probably won't be the last lol
They could be made to Fit. My mate fitted a pair of Nova rear lights to a Corsa, with a Lump Hammer. And yes, it looked exactly as you're imagining it.
Hes added that although the pics of the astra lights they are for a nova?

So are they for a nova or a astra. lol
Astra, even though he thinks they're Nova ones.
They're too curved for Nova items, but even assuming the camera angle is gay you can tell by looking at the top inside corner - its too curved.

too wide at the bottom too!!
The dude is using the picture of the astra lights as he doesn't have a picture of the actual lights for sale.
^^Or at least thats what I understand from the little updates section?
Thats like me advertising the saloon for sale and putting up a picture of a '70 Challenger R/T 400, because its a car, and all cars are the same, right?
...ok, well maybe not, but still lol
One thing that does fcuk me off is when people add pics of an item for sale that isn't theirs. Adding stock photos of an item is bad enough, but putting up pics of an item that isn't the one you're selling is daft, and adding totally random photos that aren't even of the item you're trying to sell is just plain stupid. If you don't have a pic, don't add one and say so! Don't just add a random picture!
