What's the OE rear speaker location in a Mk1 Nova?

My Nova didn't come with a stereo, and I'm working out where to fit some speakers.

Did the rear speakers come at each side of the shelf, or were they located in the rear trim panels? I've only ever had two-speaker Novas.

I'm not so sure I want to jigsaw the parcel shelf for some 6x9s, every time I do that I end up regretting it lol

Dougie! If your nova hasnt got speakes in the rear shelf supports then ys thats where they came but dont go cutting them if they are brown! I'll swap you for my brown ones that are cut. They also had 2 behind the dash in the top
