Weekly Reminder...MK Meet 20/10/02

Hello,

Just to let you all know the MK meet that is trying to be organised by a few of us is still going ahead (I hope :wink: )

We've not decided on a Venue yet, but we will let you all know ASAP.

The plan is to arrange to meet up at 3 or 4pm in Milton Keynes. Then it won't be too long a wait for when the MK cruise kicks off in the evening (usually around 8pm)

I can send directions out to those who need them, but please wait for us to decide a venue before emailing or PM'ing me (I will post another message when we have decided a venue).

So get your cars dusted down, theres only 3 weeks and 2 days to go 8)

yep, the 20th is a Sunday.

Sheep Dip...don't be surprised if your car doesn't look as low as you think when you first get it lowered. It takes some time for the susspension to settle.

tuna didnt u get my voice mail, yes it was my car, it was parked outside my gf's house, im there everynight, if not, im on drake house retail park getting jiggy with it.

did u see my saxo spoiler, u haven't seen that before, next time u see it after sat it'll be lowered 60mm, but as that guy said up^^^ there, it'll take time, im driving it to work next week to help it settle, is that wise?

didn't notice the spoiler - I only realised it was yours as i got slong side and noticed the wheels and painted drums.... and it was dark - and i was in a bit of a hurry to get home for some food and do some work on the web site for church of tuna

As for the car - it may be standard and boring, but it gets me to work at least - my nova never bloody did in the end. It is on finance too so I am not gonna go spening loads on it incase I lose my job or something and it has to go back without me being able to enjoy the finished article.

Gonna save some cash and buy another nova though - as a second car.
Then I'll show ya, you chirpy little upstart you :D.

your avatar makes me chuckle everytime i look at it, yeah get a nova, nova's are the best cars ever made, when i had my baby tuned, the guy when he was tuning said he prefered novas to corsa's, he said corsa's are to family/girly like, i was well chuffed! getting the Cat(not as in feline) removed for ?50, not bad! Gimme about 4-5 BHP extra!

Only bought the clio as i needed something newer and more reliable for work... If i worked a little closer to where I live i would probably have just bought myself a newer nova.
