Right, after much thinking I've decided not to break my nova. After all the welding thats already been done it's quite silly to just bin it now considering it only needs a cill:roll: . Where can I buy a drivers side cill? Anyone have 1 in the shed going cheap? let me know:thumb:

PM duick, he ought to be able to source you some GM sill panels.

Sel imperial have been out of sill panels for ages, beevers and hadrian list them but don't give stock level

http://www.beeversautopanels.co.uk/

Theyre £15.30 for a full sill (from the door welds to the chassis rail and the full length of the car)

or

£9.50 for a skin (basically the outer sill from where the door edge is)

£10 delivery

Theyre insurance approved too so should be a pretty good fit for pattern parts...

simple bit of advice. when you sign up to png, you agree to correct grammar, & don't insult the admin people, they run the site & actually are nova enthusiasts with years of good experience & they have banned people for less

also, just go thru your local yellow pages, there will be a local motor factors that does body panels, but remember, cheap means it won't fit properly, it will need work, & the metal underneath will also be shot. a good factors will also do strips for repairs.

Thanks for the tip. I could understand where you are coming from if I used text language when posting, but to the best of my knowledge I never have. A:- because I can spell properly, and B:- because I find it harder to understand people who do. I am also a nova enthusiast, owning my 1st one over 10 years ago and help out where ever I can with other peoples problems. I think by reading the post that he wrote, it was him insulting me first over a simple mistake:roll:
