clocks help!

i know this is a stupid question but where should i route my speedo cable to through the engine bay to the car without it kinking? also how do you secure thye speedo clip and cable on the back of the clocks? think the last person had just pushed it in and snapped it:mad:! cheers people

There's a grommet/hole on the bulkhead below the blower that the speedo cable goes through, if I wasnt in work I'd post an image for you.
