Hi guys whats the best makes for harnesses and buckets also

Whats the difference between 3, 4 or 6 point?

4 have 4 straps (2 shoulder and 2 waist)
5 have 5 straps (2 shoulder, 1 crothc and 2 waist)

As for whats the beat, you need to tell us what you want.

Durability, weight issues, comfort, style, price, competition spec or show use etc etc etc etc etc etc

I have a pair of Recaro SPG Carbon Seats, cost £450 a piece or somthing mental like that.

Konig do nice show style seats, google them.

Nope, it refers to the number of mounting points, not the number of straps.

Aye, 3 point looks better and does the job fine. Others are overkill IMO
