The reason for starting this thread is that i know some of you are into photography with your expensive cameras, booo you whores. lol

Feel free to post up some of the pictures you have taken that you liked the best.

I currently have a cr4ppy kodak 7.0 mega pixel cam but i'm into photography like a few of my mates are.

If i had the money right now spare i would go buy a 400D i think.

Please put a number before each picture to help people comment on a pic withouth having to explain what is in it.

I stopped doing "decent" photography a while back, mainly as my camera was getting worse and I was getting hacked off with it, I was coming out with some crap pictures. Nowadays I just cba and take snaps on my phone if I need a pic, I tend not to go out of my way to take a "good" picture any more.

Might save up for a 400d, but meh

I found Porthleven to be a bit dull tbh! Certainly not the most scenic harbour in Cornwall anyway! (Cadgwith and Coverack are two of my favourites)

I dislike editing pictures such as those... I like to look at the picture as a reminder of that shot being what I saw at that point in time, and thats how it looked. If I edit the pic, I know its been fabricated and doesn't hold the same charm for me. Colour and density I don't mind adjusting, but chopping/cloning etc I'm not keen on.

Some pictures I take with the intention of editing though, such as the ones of the Celica.

I like the fact some people have realised it's not necessarily about the object in the shot, but its lighting, positioning and composition :)

It'd be cool if peeps explained why they thought it was their favourate shot, and why they liked it, just to show others what to look out for.

Some on here I like, and I have my reasons for liking them, but others I can't understand :)

Thats the grounds around St Mawes castle, that lighthouse is the one on Zone Point. If you were to turn about 45' to the right you'd see Pendennis.

I love photography and am seriously thinking about taking it up properly. Did it as part of my Uni degree work and since buying a Canon 350d off ebay have fallen in love again.

Excuse the number of images - I seriously couldnt choose a couple so slaped several up...

All images are taken with a canon 350dslr and 3 lenses - standard kit lens (18-55mm), Tamron 55-200mm and Sigma 70-300mm APO. Various filters and minimal post processing (some sharpening and colour enrichment and thats it).

I'm waiting for someone to post pictures of a Plastic bag blowing in the wind, dancing....

Some fantastic pics there lads, but it just goes to show how old we all are when we're not taking pics of big bodykits and Big Breasted Women and instead appreciating things like Flowers, Sunsets and the beauty of Nature in all her glory.
