1992 Peugeot 309 GTI Mi16

At this point in time im only gauging interest in the car as circumstances may be due to change, so in that light id like to know what interest i get, the car is quite rare as it was one of only 250 made to be shipped out for the JDM (Japanese Domestic Market).

They were made with air conditioning and an automatic gearbox, also i believe the colour is a slightly different shade to usual, it has part service history, 4-5 months tax and 10-11 months mot, it has recently had a full service and all brake lines replaced amongst other things, there is nearly £1000 worth of receipts from spoox motorsport in the last few months for straghtening out the car (minor but many problems it had).

The car was originally built up as an Mi16 to be used on the track due to the 309's AMAZING handling, honestly it is literally like its on rails im gobsmacked at how well these cars really do handle, largely helping the handling is the full Bilstein Suspension set-up, it also has a full Stainless Steel Exhuast System, Rose Jointed Short Throw Gear-Linkages,K&N, Magnecor HT leads and light-weight limited edition GoodWood GTI speedline alloy wheels (1kg lighter per wheels than standard).

These cars came standard with power steering and electric windows which all work fine. The air conditioning is all still there but not plumbed in. It has a couple of trick gadgets like the rear pop-out windows are operated by levers between the front seats, the fuel cap is opened by a lever next to the handbrake cable, both seats have adjustable back supports and the drivers seat has adjustable bolsters!! The interior is in immaculate condition as the car has been very well looked after and only covered 82000 miles. The exterior is in near mint condition with NO RUST-ROT OR BUBBLING, there are however a few small car park dings here and there and stonchips on the bonnet which have not gone down to bare metal. It has a full sliding sunroof which has been replaced by an alluminium sheet cut to fit as the car was intened to be used for tracking, also comes with an ally sump gaurd.

This is ultimately a great car and dont let the fact thats its a peugeot put you off as it has gave me NO problems, its very fast for what it is (pushed my mates 2.0 nova up the motorway) and is good for 140 mph plus, not that i would know:D

Im going to put a price of £2000 o.n.o or swap part/exchange for clean and well converted 2.0 redtop nova or maybe even a corsa:roll:
