I love coating chicken with loads of BBQ sauce before BBQ'ing it. Fantastic! A couple of weeks ago I left a load of chicken goujons marinating in a bowl of BBQ sauce, it was WELL nice when we BBQ'd it!

Mix, musavado sugar, tom sauce, tobasco and worcester sauce with some honey and spread on chicken/ribs etc - keep basting it - FANTASTIC!

I much prefer to use bbq relishes afterwards, because the bbq sauce just sticks to the wire tray & not the meat.

Not so much Jack Daniels, more along the lines of Stuff that will make you go blind, burn holes in your stomach and make you want to Kill everyone in sight. Jameson and Powers suits me better.
