Oil Filter, Carb Cleaner and a long good hard run.

rings, valve re-grind, de-coke, and a compression test, check the base timing

please use new stuff. using old oil and filters is just silly.

You can but its best to replace the leads unless they're pretty new

if you havent got a missfire its not worth changing plugs, leads and caps/arms

just gap the plugs and only change if they look worn.

dont expect leads and caps to suddenly gain you lost power.

just cleaned up dizzy, rotor arm and all contacts, had plugs out and there abit worn so need some new ones.
ht leads are only about 500miles old so just gonna leave them in.
anything else to suggest?
thanks.

have to take it for a drive see if it makes any difference :D
had a scare earlier, i mixed up two of the ht leads on the dizzy cap and it wouldn't start, thought i had broke it. got my driving test tomorrow and wouldn't of been very happy if my car was broke.
