mpi standard fuel pumps internal and external what bar psi do they run??

and what bhp can they handle befor upgrades are needed??

depends what car its on, nova MPI are external but corsas / astras are internal. They generally run on 3 bar systems but if thats on a turbo application there is the scope to run higher pressure due to the nature of the fuel reg.

so could a nova mpi standard fuel pump with a aftermarket fpr (petrol kings) take 150 bhp are would i have to fit a uprated motorsports pump such as facet

The pumps dont run at a certain pressure, the system pressure is set by the pressure regulator on the fuel rail.

Bear in my the same pump is used on cav/cally turbos.... Which are 204hp as std...
