i have just been stripping the sport after the roll last week ,i think the coilovers are avo ones and the springs are 9inch 300lb, before we crashed last weekend Bill Richards a very experienced mini racer came out in the car as an instructor and said we needed to increase the springs ,initially by 25lb and see how they are,now i have just read in trackdaynovas build thread that he runs 300lb springs and he is running an xe and we have only got a little 1300,so what spring rates are everyone running on the front and back ,i would also like opinions on coilovers in case i need to replace ours
many thanks

If you think there fine as they are, ignore some else's opinion ;)

Im guessing this Bill Richards just like uber high poundage values lol

handling is a very personal thing.... Springs are like £30 a pair, so get a load and have a good play. (as a rough guide some elise folks use 325/375 F/R and some go upto 500/700 F/R)
