it is not a legal requirement to carry a spare wheel... just common sense... lol.
smart cars don't even come with a spare wheel - you just phoen a number up andf they come out and change your wheel completely for you... giving you a new one and taking the other one away... quite handy if you kerb your alloy. :D
get some tyre gloop stuff
And a footpump most probably, that tyre weld stuff, just, well, welds it!

Not legal to carry one but if you do carry one it must be a legal tyre.

It's not illegal not to have a spare tyre, but if you do have one, the tread must be within the legal requirements.
Best of with tyreweld anyway (asp. if you have large alloys/low profile tyres).

this wasn't at the same time but i agree. Use tyre weld stuff. Your car will also be lighter without a spare

Fit caterpillar tracks! First Nova Tank type thing. That'll get a front cover on Max Towell !
if you do fit catapillar tracks you can also get out of traffic jams by running over other cars.

not sure clambering over traffic would be legal though... :D
yes but at least the police wouldn't be able to ram you off the road
